Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. In order to process your request, we require you to provide us with a photo of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and contact information.
Please note that for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry or accessories. This includes earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, hair accessories, and other items that come in contact with skin.
In addition, we do not offer refunds or returns for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect sizing or fit
- Minor color discrepancies due to variations in monitor displays
- Any issues arising from failure to read product descriptions or care instructions
Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if we suspect any fraudulent activity or abuse of our return policy. We will not tolerate any attempts to manipulate our policy for personal gain.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or defective.
